Our team was delighted to have been appointed to work on the 14th International Conference for IAMRA. This 3-day event required meticulous management across all the time zones, as the 45+ speakers were distributed all over the planet.
Solution:
Our area of responsibility included the following
- Creating the event logo and all design collateral to be used through-out the event e.g Abstract Guidelines document, Sponsorship Prospectus, event programme, email signatures and web banners
- Setting up and managing a microsite
- Registration of organisations and individuals
- RSVP for nearly 1000 attendees
- Managing the pre-approval and invoicing process
- Abstract management
- Creating and editing a conference video
- Sourcing and building a virtual event platform
- Managing translation from English to French and Portuguese
- Co-ordinating the recordings of nearly 90 presentations
- Briefing of 18 Moderators
- Managing over 45 speakers
- Creating a virtual networking event on Remo
- On the day: showcalling and helpdesk management
- Post event reporting
Benefit:
The 3-day event was a huge success and it was enormously satisfying to work on a project with such quality content and real impact on the medical field.
