Challenge:
Mercedes-Benz Cars Customer Services needed to go fully virtual this year. Some of their clients would not be used to a virtual environment, so special care had to be taken to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The 2-day event needed a lot of interactive functionality in the shape of parallel sessions, Q&A sessions and polling.

Solution:
We had the privilege of designing a 3D floor plan using Remo which allows for live networking and face to face engagement, just like you would have had in a real life environment. We handled the RSVP and guest support for nearly 400 attendees over the 2-day conference. The second day of the conference included six parallel sessions with polling, engagement and live questions. Onboarding for attendees and panelists were arranged in advance. To ensure maximum participation and live feedback, a 3rd party polling system was used.
