Challenge:
The Afrosai-E 15th Technical Update needed to happen in a purely virtual space this year. Event Options was tasked with a full event RSVP solution for our client, as well as a location shoot and live streaming from the offices of the Auditor General in Pretoria.
Solution:
A turnkey event RSVP solution was created for our client to host a large number of guests virtually. Event streaming services and a location shoot created a seamless guest experience.

- RSVP, guest administration and reminder communication
- Location shoot at the offices of the Auditor General in Pretoria that was streamed lived to our virtual audience. Our stream technician and back up virtual co-host ensured that the content can be viewed live and as a recording later on
- A Q&A session ensured maximum delegate engagement and ensured all guests were treated inclusively
