At Event Options, we adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), collecting only essential event information while safeguarding your data with robust cybersecurity measures. Your information is retained for a maximum of 30 days post-event before permanent deletion.

Our registration process prioritises consent with consistent opt-in questions from online to onsite. Delegates are informed about badge scanning for lead retrieval and offered opt-out options. We seek consent before sharing delegate information and provide documentation at check-in ensuring delegates understand their right to opt-out and unsubscribe.
