We strictly collect event-related information only, without gathering technical data like IP addresses or location. With our cyber security measures and data-destruction policy, your data is retained for a maximum of 30 days post-event before permanent deletion from our records.

Our registration process prioritises consent. From online to onsite, our forms remain consistent, including opt-in questions. Name badges and signage feature sponsor disclaimers, and we seek consent before sharing delegate information.

Delegates are informed about badge scanning for lead retrieval, with opt-out options readily available. At check-in, documentation ensures delegates understand their right to opt-out and unsubscribe at any time.
