Challenge:
Ford’s Dealer of the Year event was a large and high profile event for 500 guests. While Event Options managed the RSVP process we also had collect winners’ photos to be used in the awards ceremony. Our software solution made light work of this task and ensured all winners were represented at the ceremony.
Solution:
Event Options facilitate this virtual event by providing RSVP management, as well as educational content to assist delegates to participate online. Guest communication included multiple reminders together with a How-To mailer on how to access the virtual platform. We used Remo to host the event. Remo is a great networking tool and allows you to brand your floor plan to match the invitation and the look and feel you are trying to create in the studio.
Benefit:
Event Options was able to assist Ford in creating a festive awards event to honour its employees’ hard work over the last year. Even though the company could not hold the in-person event for all guests, we were able to replicate a prestigious ambience to award top achievers.
Result:
The 2-hour event was a success and made even more authentic when we were able to remotely “call” the winners to the virtual stage to be congratulated by the senior management team.
